These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.avhisolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by AVHI Solutions ("AVHI", "we", "us", or "our"), a commercial washroom automation and hygiene solutions provider based in New Delhi, India.

By browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or contacting us through the Site or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

AVHI Solutions designs, sources, and supplies touch-free faucets, sensor flush systems, automatic soap dispensers, hand dryers, and related spare parts for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional facilities.

The Site is intended to showcase our product range and capabilities and to help prospective clients reach our team. It is not, unless expressly stated, an e-commerce checkout — product enquiries, quotations, and orders are confirmed directly with our sales team by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site, or introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful material.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability shown on the Site are accurate and current. However, product designs, finishes, and specifications may change without prior notice, and images are representative rather than guaranteed exact depictions of the product supplied.

Final specifications, pricing, warranty terms, and delivery timelines for any product are those confirmed in writing (including via email or a formal quotation) between you and our sales team, and these will prevail over any general description on the Site in the event of a conflict.

Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or messaging us on WhatsApp constitutes an enquiry, not a binding order. A binding commercial arrangement is formed only once we issue a written quotation or order confirmation that you accept, typically alongside agreed commercial terms such as pricing, payment schedule, delivery, and installation (where applicable).

We reserve the right to accept or decline any enquiry or order at our discretion, including where product availability, project scope, or location is outside what we are able to fulfil.

The Site may link to third-party resources, including our WhatsApp Business channel, for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, including WhatsApp/Meta Platforms, Inc.

By messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to us using that channel to respond to your enquiry, subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AVHI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
